The practice of Do-In consists of a conscious sequence of meridian stretches, meditation through movement, 'self-acupressure', breathing exercises, meditative exercises and empowerment of the center of the body: the Hara (abdomen).
The meridian stretches and the exercises aimed at 'self-acupressure' and 'self-shiatsu' aim to stimulate the body's self-healing ability and to help resolve blockages and imbalances in the (energetic) body.
The method at Do-In is further characterized by a holistic view of people, experiencing body and mind with conscious attention, as relaxed breathing as possible and a soft, mild posture, both physically and mentally.
