I started the exploration of the connection among body, mind, and soul through a deep, steady, and traditional practice of Astanga Vinyasa Yoga.

During these years of practice through India and Greece, where my teachers live, I became interested in Vipassana Meditation, and the study of Ayurveda and Vedic Philosophy.

After becoming a Second Level Reiki practitioner, I have further deepened my search for mind-body balance through Shiatsu: a traditional Japanese massage therapy, acting on the body in many levels, physical and subtle.
